We collect only what we need to answer you and price the work. We do not sell it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect
When you send a message through the form on this site, we store your name, your email address, the company or community you named, the type of work you selected, and what you wrote. Nothing else is collected.
Why we hold it
We use it to reply to you and to quote the work. If the job goes ahead, it stays with the rest of the paperwork for that property so we know what was asked for. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep a message for as long as it is useful for the reason you sent it. If a request does not turn into work, we clear it once it is clearly no longer live. Records tied to work we carried out are kept for as long as our tax and business records require.
Asking us to delete it
Email info@mowitland.com and ask us to delete your details. We will remove them and confirm once it is done. You do not need to give a reason.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and nothing here follows you to other sites. Any visitor numbers we look at are aggregate and cannot identify you.
